1 Introduction
Welcome to ClapsBoard. By downloading, accessing, or using the ClapsBoard application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2 Use of the App
ClapsBoard is a digital whiteboard tool provided for personal, educational, and creative use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for any content you create using the App.
- You must not use the App to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
3 Intellectual Property
3.1 App Ownership
The ClapsBoard App, including its design, code, and graphics, is the property of Claps Learn and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 User Content
You retain full ownership of any content, drawings, notes, or documents you create or import into the App ("User Content"). Claps Learn claims no ownership rights over your User Content.
4 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. ClapsBoard operates offline and does not collect personal data.
5 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claps Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
7 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
